My name is Sigal Lioness. I am a psychologist, couples therapist, IFS and EMDR therapist, and mother of two wonderful girls that are my whole world.\u00a0<\/div>

I was born in Israel, grew up in Australia, lived and studied in London for 10 years and made Alyiah at the age of 28. I speak both English and Hebrew fluently, which allows me to connect deeply with people from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.<\/div>

I know personally how complex family life, relationships, and transitions can be. These experiences have shaped not only who I am as a person, but also how I practice as a therapist. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can be fully yourself.<\/div>

Over the years, I have worked with thousands of individuals, couples, and families. I bring expertise in trauma therapy, relationship counseling, and reflective parenting, alongside extensive training in IFS and EMDR.<\/div>
