Welcome to Sigal Lioness. By accessing or using our services, including psychological counseling, couples therapy, IFS, and EMDR therapy, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.<\/p>

1. Acceptance of Terms<\/p>

By booking or attending sessions with Sigal Lioness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy [https:\/\/sigal-lioness.com\/privacy-policy

2. Services Provided<\/p>

Sigal Lioness provides professional mental health and therapy services, including:<\/p>

Individual psychological counseling<\/p>

Couples therapy<\/p>

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy<\/p>

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy<\/p>

All sessions are intended for therapeutic purposes and are not a substitute for medical treatment or emergency care.<\/p>

3. Appointments & Cancellations<\/p>

Appointments can be booked via email (sigal@sigal.consulting
) or through our website.<\/p>

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice may be subject to a full session fee.<\/p>

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session but full payment will still apply.<\/p>

4. Client Responsibilities<\/p>

Clients are expected to:<\/p>

Provide accurate and complete information relevant to therapy.<\/p>

Attend sessions on time and participate actively.<\/p>

Notify Sigal Lioness of any changes in circumstances that may affect therapy.<\/p>

5. Payment Terms<\/p>

Fees for therapy sessions must be paid prior to or at the time of each session.<\/p>

Payment can be made via bank transfer, online payment system, or any method agreed upon with Sigal Lioness.<\/p>

6. Confidentiality<\/p>

7. Teletherapy<\/p>

Clients are responsible for ensuring a secure and private environment during remote sessions.<\/p>

Technical issues may occasionally impact sessions, and Sigal Lioness will make reasonable efforts to resolve these.<\/p>

8. Termination of Services<\/p>

Sigal Lioness reserves the right to discontinue therapy or refuse service if:<\/p>

Payment terms are not met<\/p>

Client behavior is abusive, disruptive, or unsafe<\/p>

Therapy is deemed unsuitable or outside the scope of expertise<\/p>

Clients may also terminate therapy at any time by notifying Sigal Lioness.<\/p>

9. Limitation of Liability<\/p>

Sigal Lioness provides therapy in good faith and with professional competence.<\/p>

Therapy outcomes cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>

Sigal Lioness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from therapy services.<\/p>

10. Intellectual Property<\/p>

All materials provided by Sigal Lioness, including documents, session content, and website materials, are protected by copyright. These materials may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.<\/p>

11. Changes to Terms<\/p>

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.<\/p>

12. Governing Law<\/p>
